- The OMOVO Journey
OMOVO's journey began with the development of electric three-wheelers designed to meet the needs of commercial transportation in Indonesia. As technology advanced and demand for more efficient transportation solutions grew, the company's product range and capabilities continued to expand.
- 2022 — Beginning of Development In October 2022, the electric three-wheeler development project began. This marked the beginning of OMOVO's journey to develop electric-powered commercial transportation solutions. In December 2022, prototypes began undergoing testing to evaluate their performance and design readiness.
- 2023 — Production and Homologation Initial production began in February 2023. Development then continued with the homologation process in July 2023 as part of preparations for the Indonesian market.
- 2024 — Product and Company Development In January 2024, the vehicle obtained Vehicle Approval Certification (Sertifikasi Pengesahan Kendaraan). The first Kaisar EVS model was then launched in February 2024. In May 2024, PT Kaisar EVS Motorindo was officially established. During the same period, vehicle testing with large-scale clients began to evaluate product applications under real-world operating conditions. In July 2024, the freezer configuration was introduced to support the transportation of temperature-sensitive products. By December 2024, distribution had exceeded 100 units.
- 2025 — Product Line Expansion In May 2025, OMOVO introduced its latest series to expand its vehicle options for various commercial applications. By December 2025, distribution had exceeded 500 units, reflecting the growing adoption of OMOVO's electric mobility solutions in Indonesia.
- 2026 — Expanding Commercial Applications OMOVO continues to expand the application of its products across various sectors, including logistics, distribution, delivery, waste management, cold chain, and goods transportation. Product development continues with a focus on user needs and the characteristics of the Indonesian market.
